This is a formal contract, (not legally binding), yet binding by mutual respect, between _____________ to be known as "master," and ___________ to be known as "submissive," in this contract.  This is a slave contract for the purposes of combining the mutual respect already shared, with a consistent and ongoing S&M role-playing, for sexual purposes, and an agreement of the roles each party will take in a relationship 24/7.  Responsibilities and regulations for both parties are stipulated in this agreement.  With this contract, the submissive gives herself completely as a servant and sexual slave to her master, with conditions written in this contract.  The submissive agrees to follow to the best of her ability, all duties set forth in this contract and agrees to obey her master at all times, with the understanding that failure to do so can result in punishment; rules and regulations of punishment are stated in this contract.  The submissive agrees if she should ever refuse a punishment, then a punishment more severe may be added or given in its stead, to include the possibility of ending this contract, see black spot clause in this contract.   The master agrees that he must respect, honor, cherish and care for the submissive, at all times, in order for this contract to be binding.  The master understands that if he is ever found to be abusing his power, the consequences are losing the submissive and this contract becomes null and void.  The master also understands that this contract is not binding by law, and that all state laws regarding physical and domestic abuse are still in effect even though this contract has been signed.  Both parties can end this contract and this type of relationship, at any given time; see black spot clause.  This is an agreement of roles played in a relationship by both parties.  This master/slave contract is one that both parties feel very strongly about, take very seriously, and strive to uphold. More over, this contract is drafted and signed to set forth guidelines, rules, and establishing roles, for the purpose of helping with the difficulty of a relationship with a strong S&M social background, and to help with the confusion and insecurities sometimes brought on by a relationship with continued, 24/7 in depth S&M play.

DISCLOSURE: This contract, and this agreement of roles, can be disclosed to anyone at any time, except to the mutual respect of any blood relative of either party, or co-workers of his/her place of employment, without prior consent of the other party.

IN NAME: The submissive agrees to call ____________ , Master at all times, to the best of her ability.  She may refer to him by his birth name, only when speaking to a third party, but with respect, she will refer to him as Master when appropriate or another name is not necessary.  The submissive also agrees that if she is given an order, she is to comply with that order by saying "Yes, Sir", to include in front of friends and strangers.  The submissive understands that failure to comply with "Yes, Sir", after receiving a direct order, could result in punishment.  The master agrees to never call the submissive a belittling name, or use vulgarity in conjunction with a name for the submissive, in anger or in public.

ORDERS: The submissive is to follow direct orders at all times, in all occasions, in front of any persons.  Discretion and special sensitivity must be given by both parties to the respect of not disclosing this sort of relationship and agreement to blood relatives or to co-workers, without the other's prior consent.

DUTIES: The submissive must comply with all of her master's sexual wishes or commands.  The master may never bring about severe pain or stinging type pain to the submissive in regards to intercourse or any sexual act.  The submissive agrees to do as she is told by her master in regards to household duties.

PLAYING: The submissive understands that spanking, flogging, paddling, caning, whipping, bondage, and respectful sadomasochism, may be apart of sexual play for the master's sexual gratification.  It is the submissive's responsibility to make it clearly known when and if this sort of play is beyond anything she can handle in regards to physical or mental pain, or it is jeopardizing this relationship.  It is the master's responsibility to clearly state and make sure the submissive fully understands the difference between this sort of playing, and punishment.  In times that the two collide, as such BDSM play, sexual play, or both, is served as part of punishment, it is the master's responsibility to make it very clear to the submissive.

ROLES IN PUBLIC VIEW: Both parties agree that this relationship and this kind of role playing will be maintained in private as well as in public view, at all times, except for in front of blood relatives, family members, or co-workers.  Both parties agree to give special treatment, (cautious and respectful), in the public eye.

OWNERSHIP: The submissive understands that the master owns her completely as property of his.  He may do with her as he pleases, apart from crossing any hard limit lines, listed in this contract.

PROVISIONS OF PUNISHMENT: Punishment will be administered only by the master to the submissive, such as by spanking with hand, and/or spanking with the back of a hairbrush or a paddle, and/or a leather belt without buckle, or with similar implements, across the submissive's buttocks, legs, or back, and/or she be given a time out.  The master may punish the submissive as he sees fit, apart from crossing any hard limits set forth by the submissive.  The submissive understands that the master can also administer punishment at any given time, in front of anyone, to include friends, strangers, or in public view, with the exception of in direct view of family members and co-workers of either party.

ABUSE CLAUSE: The master understands and agrees that respect must be given to this control, and that an abuse of power constitutes the immediate termination of this said agreement.  The definition of verbal or physical abuse remains the opinion of the submissive.  The submissive understands that it is her responsibility to alert state authorities if any physical abuse occurs, which stretches beyond the descriptions of this "Provisions of Punishment."

TIME FRAME: This contract is valid from this date: ___________ to this date: ______________ , for a period of _______________ .

BLACK SPOT CLAUSE: Both parties understand that either party can end this contract, at any time, without giving just cause, by handing the other party a blank sheet of white paper, with a solid black spot, drawn on it. Upon handing the black spot to the other party, this contract will be immediately dissolved, and this agreement will be annulled.  Both parties agree, that in the event that legal state proceedings begin, that this contract and the agreement set forth on this day, will be declared invalid and not be brought into court proceedings, with the exception of a declaration of an abuse of power extending to domestic abuse.  Both parties agree that if either party should end this contract, that it is the responsibility of both parties to rebuild and form a new relationship.

RESPONSIBILITY OF HUMAN RIGHTS: The submissive understands that she is giving up her rights as a human being, into sexual slavery and complete service to the master, and it is her responsibility to comply to all of his request and demands, with the consequence of punishment.  However, the submissive always maintains the rights to end the relationship, and stand up to abuse.  If ever this lifestyle of dominance and submission puts this strong loving friendship at risk, it is the responsibility of both parties, to end this contract, and strive to rebuild the relationship.

I, ___________ , the submissive, have read this contract in its entirety, and completely understand that I am signing a BDSM contract that dictates service of myself as both an obedient servant and as a sex slave to my master, (____________), and that I understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this contract, until a dissolution of this contract is made.  I sign this agreement of my own free will, without constraints, or being under duress.  I give myself, completely to my master.
